We are adding our first weekend class with Chris! She will be teaching a 60 minute Barre Above Class on Saturdays. Chris will also be teaching 4:30 classes on Tuesday and Thursday! Barre Above on Tuesday and Band and Strength on Thursday.
Join Karen on Sunday for Pilates, Monday at 4:30 for Zumba and Wednesday at 4:30 for Total Body Conditioning!

Join our women only classes that offer NO JUDGEMENT! Our classes are specifically designed to accommodate all fitness levels, offering modifications throughout the instruction. Classes are Monday-Thursday morning at Dance Biz, 1742 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14606
